Navigate through our shop until you find the item you desire. If you would like a better look at the product, clicking on it's image will bring up a popup containing a larger image.
If your item is to be engraved, fill in the text box with your engraving details. If you want a logo added to the item, select the appropriate option and click on the button that appears to bring up a box that will allow you to upload your logo to us. If you are using the same logo on multiple items you only need to send us the logo once. And if you are having different logos on different items you will need to indicate that in the text box as the file upload doesn't tell us which exact item it has been uploaded from.
If you have a particular font in mind for your engraving, you can select it from the drop-down box. If you would prefer, you can select 'Leave it to the engraver' and we will pick an appropriate font for the item and occasion. If you have a font in mind that isn't listed, you can select 'Other', but be sure to contact us to discuss whether this other font is suitable for engraving. An image showing you what all the different fonts look like can be seen by clicking the appropriate link underneath the font list.
Enter the quantity required and use the 'Add to Cart' button to place them in the shopping cart. Go to the checkout to complete your transaction.
Please note that you do not need to create an account in order to place an order, you can ignore that box in the checkout process entirely if you want. However, creating an account will store your address on file which might make placing future orders easier.
Near the end of the process you will be required to enter your delivery deadline. If possible this should be a minimum of 10 working days but please call to discuss if your deadline is shorter than this as we may well be able to help. Please allow an extra day or two as a safety margin for possible delays in carriage as we are not responsible for late delivery of the parcel once it has left our premises.
If you are collecting your goods from our workshop then you have the option to select 'collection' as the method delivery. You will not be charged carriage if you select this option.
When you have completed ordering online you should receive an automatic email response from the website. Please reply to this with any additional information you would like to send us.
If for any reason you are unable to place the order online we can issue a pro-forma invoice but please be aware that cleared funds much reach our account before we proceed with your order, which can delay things!
