How long does it take to engrave?

GLASS. If we have the item you want in stock we can usually supply it within a few days. If you need a larger quantity we may not have them in stock and will order them in for you, so try to give us a little longer. Some of the more specialised items are not held in stock and will also need to be ordered in for you. Having said that, we always try our best to accomodate you and if we cannot supply your first choice in time, we are always happy to suggest an alternative.

TROPHIES - There are thousands available from our catalogues. These are ordered as required but usually arrive here within a couple of days, overnight if you are happpy to pay the carriage. If you just need a one-off in an emergency we may have something in the showroom to get you out of trouble! We also keep a quantity of simple plaques, medals and shields in stock.

ENGLISH PEWTER & GIFTWARE - This range is ordered in and delivery is 7-10 days.

DATE REQUIRED - When you place your order you will see that there is a compulsory question which will not process your order until you have answered it. This is the 'date required' question and is there to help us prioritise the workload. Most engraving is ordered for a presentation or gift and has a deadline which we try our best to meet. Please do not put 'ASAP' in this box as that means different things to different people!

Does the price shown include engraving?

GLASSWARE & TROPHIES - The price you see first is the 'blank' price. Click on the 'add engraving' button and it will automatically calculate the cost of engraving for you and display it across the bottom of the box. This option also allows you to add a company logo or club emblem free of charge should you wish.

OFFICE SIGNAGE & BADGES - The prices shown include engraving as these are not available blank.


Do we have to purchase engraving?

No - that is why we have altered the pricing on the website to show the basic price, with an 'add engraving' button. You are welcome to buy anything as a blank. However you should note that any item described as 'panel cut' is designed specifically to be engraved. These items are cut and polished, but have an area left blank, which would look odd if presented without engraving. But then again, you may be a dab hand at engraving and just want to buy it blank to engrave it yourself!


Does the price include postage?

No it does not. This is calculated when you reach the shopping cart and can vary from a couple of pounds upwards. Glass is very heavy to post and needs to be well packed. Obviously very large orders would cost more, but rest assured we try to charge it out fairly.
If you live in the area you are welcome to collect and can select this option at the checkout.


We want to add our logo or club badge. How do we send it to you?

Take a look at the FREE Logo Engraving page to find out what format we need your image in then call us for an email address to send it to.


We want to order a large quantity. Do we get a discount?

Discounts are available on larger orders. If you are placing your order online this is calculated automatically for you. Orders over £50 receive a 5% discount, over £100 = 7.5% and over £200 = 10%. If you are placing a large order please contact us for a discounted quote.


Do you supply and post abroad?

Most of our customers are UK based. We do supply abroad on occasion provided you can pay in UK pounds sterling, using a credit or debit card or bank transfer.


What about supplying the British Armed Forces overseas?

BFPO customers can order goods without problem and if based outside of the European Union are able to purchase the goods Vat free. Just tick the vat opt-out button on the checkout. We also give discounts to the armed forces. Just type 'MOD10' in the special delivery instructions box at the checkout and we will adjust your price before processing your paymment.
