FREE logo engraving on glassware
All of our glassware and awards may be engraved. When you select the text or logo options the price is shown next to the option. Select the 'text and logo' option and the logo is engraved AT NO EXTRA COST. This design element does not change from glass to glass and is also included in the engraving price shown, provided the design is supplied in the format shown here. Otherwise a once off artwork charge of around £30 may apply. Likewise most awards are priced including engraving of logo and text.

Artwork
Artwork for a standard design to be engraved onto glass, metal or plastic badges should be supplied to us as a high definition black/white image, jpeg, tif or ai such as the one shown here wherever possible. Minimum preferred image size is 200 kB or 300 dpi. No shades of grey and no copying and pasting from web sites! We use Coreldraw X5 here to produce the artwork and prefer to work from jpeg or tif for logos if given the choice. We also use Adobe Illustrator CS2 so if you choose to send an ai file please save as version CS2. If what you provide is unsatisfactory we may need to charge a fee for artwork. As a guide try zooming in on your image before you send it to us. If it is fuzzy edged then it will not be sharp enough to engrave. Please do not send other file formats such as eps as we may not be able to open them properly. A pdf file can be sent to us as a visual aid to your design but not as finished artwork please. Any fine lines should be given a hairline outline if possible to enable them to engrave clearly.
When your artwork is ready please use the link that says 'click here to email us your logo or extra information'. This can be found under the options with each product and should open your normal 'Outlook' window where you can add your file as an attachment. Alternatively email it to us at the address shown under the link. Please do not send logos on a word document as we cannot extract them cleanly.

Artwork for Colour Printing
For colour printed awards we have the same requirements as for engraving, except that of course the logo can be in full colour and can include shading and gradients. Please note that we cannot necessarily precisely match pantone colours, the printing has to be done with an RGB palette.

Free logos on engraved badges
Likewise we can include your company logo or club emblem onto our engraved badges free of charge. Just follow the artwork instructions shown above. Please note that this offer only applies to the engraved badges, printed badges will incur a once-off artwork fee of £30.

Artwork for Standard Centres
Artwork for special centres (medals, trophies etc) can be supplied in full colour to enable us to match the design as closely as possible.

Artwork problems?
Are you having difficulty finding a decent image to send us as requested above? Don't despair, we may stilll be able to use your image, but there will be a once-off artwork charge to process it into something engraveable. This should be in the region of £30.
